How long does shipping take?
Each watch is hand-assembled and tested to order in 3-7 days, then ships free worldwide with tracking in 10-13 days. Most orders are delivered within 13-20 days of order confirmation.
Can I return my watch?
Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to return your watch. If there's a manufacturing defect, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, shipping is the customer's responsibility.
What warranty is included?
Every watch comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Are your watches waterproof?
Water resistance varies by model. Check each product page for specific ratings.
