Our watches are original custom modifications. We take high-quality base watches and transform them with premium aftermarket dials, hands, bezels, and crystals. Each piece is unique and handcrafted.

Most of our automatic watches use the reliable Seiko NH35A or NH36A movements. Our Ladyjust, Ladyoak and Ladytank models use the Seiko NH05A, and our Seikodate models the Miyota 8285. These Japanese-made movements are known for their accuracy, durability, and ease of servicing.

Yes, every watch is pressure-tested before shipping. Most models are rated to 10 ATM (100 meters), suitable for swimming and water activities. We do not recommend diving without a proper dive rating.

Nearly all our watches feature sapphire crystal glass, which is extremely scratch-resistant and offers excellent clarity. Sapphire is the same material used in luxury Swiss timepieces. The only exception is the Seikomaster chronograph line, which has mineral crystal.

Every watch is assembled and tested by me, Raul, right here in my workshop. I personally inspect each piece before it ships to make sure it meets my standards.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. The watch must be unworn and in its original packaging. Contact me and I will walk you through the process.

Yes, every watch comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This includes the movement, crystal, and case integrity. Normal wear and tear or water damage from misuse are not covered.

If your watch arrives damaged, contact me immediately with photos. I will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Yes, exchanges are possible within the 14-day return window. The watch must be unworn and in original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping.

Pull the crown (the small knob on the side) out to its second position and turn it to set the time. Push the crown back in when done. For the date, pull the crown to the first position and turn. Avoid changing the date between 9 PM and 3 AM to protect the movement.

Automatic watches run on the energy of your wrist movement. If the watch has been sitting unworn for 40+ hours, it will stop. Simply wind the crown 20 to 30 times clockwise and set the time. It will keep running as long as you wear it regularly.

Store your watch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and magnetic fields. The box it arrived in works perfectly. If you own multiple watches, consider a watch box or watch winder to keep automatics running.
