Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.
Return Policy
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- The timepiece must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and warranty documentation included.
- Custom-built or personalized watches may not be eligible for return unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support.thegoldenmods@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or damaged item: We cover the return shipping cost. Simply contact us and we will arrange everything.
- Change of mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different model, please return your current order and place a new one.
