14-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your watch within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Conditions
- The watch must be unworn and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a return.
How to Return
- Contact us at support.thegoldenmods@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive approval and a return address from our team.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging, using a trackable shipping method.
- Receive your refund within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have processed the return.
Defective Items
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
