Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free shipping on every order, no matter where you are in the world. No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
Every timepiece is individually assembled and quality-checked before shipping. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are 13 to 20 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your timepiece every step of the way.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your watch has been shipped from our facility, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery status in real time.
Customs and Duties
- European Union: All duties and taxes are included in the price. No additional charges at delivery.
- Outside the EU: Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
