Warranty
Every timepiece from The Golden Mods is backed by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and the components we use.
What Is Covered
- Movement failure or malfunction under normal use
- Manufacturing defects in the case, dial, hands, or bezel
- Loose or detached components resulting from assembly
- Crown or caseback seal defects
What Is Not Covered
- Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage from normal wear or impact
- Water damage resulting from exceeding the rated water resistance (5ATM/50m) or improper use (operating the crown underwater, exposure to hot water or steam)
- Damage caused by drops, impacts, or mishandling
- Battery replacement on meca-quartz models (normal consumable)
- Normal wear and tear on straps, bracelets, and clasps
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email us at support.thegoldenmods@gmail.com with your order number.
- Include clear photographs showing the issue.
- Describe the problem in detail, including when it started.
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 48 hours with next steps.
Warranty Service
If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the timepiece. Depending on the issue, we will either repair the watch or send a replacement. All warranty shipping costs for valid claims are covered by The Golden Mods.
Please retain your order confirmation email as proof of purchase for any warranty claims.
