1-Year Warranty
Every timepiece from The Golden Mods comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. We stand behind the quality of our work and the components we use.
What Is Covered
- Defects in the movement (timekeeping accuracy issues, stopping, power reserve problems)
- Assembly defects (loose components, misaligned parts)
- Crown or stem malfunctions
- Date mechanism failures
- Clasp or bracelet mechanism defects
What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage from drops, impacts, or accidents
- Water damage from use beyond the rated 5ATM / 50m resistance
- Normal wear and tear (scratches on case, bracelet, or crystal surface)
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Battery replacement (for meca-quartz models)
- Strap or bracelet wear from regular use
How to Claim
- Email us at support.thegoldenmods@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Include photos or a video showing the problem, if possible.
- Our team will assess the issue and provide instructions for shipping the watch back if needed.
- We will repair or replace the watch at no cost to you. Return shipping for warranty claims is covered by The Golden Mods.
Warranty Period
The warranty begins on the date of delivery and lasts for 12 months. Please retain your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
