Refund policy

Returns
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To start a return, contact us at support.thegoldenmods@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping Cost
- If the return is due to a defect or malfunction of the watch, The Golden Mods covers the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to any other reason (change of mind, personal preference, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

No products are excluded from this return policy.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn (beyond trying it on), with all original packaging and accessories included.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it enters preparation. Once assembly has started, cancellation may no longer be possible; contact us at support.thegoldenmods@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your watch arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support.thegoldenmods@gmail.com with photos, and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
