Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To start a return, contact us at support.thegoldenmods@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send the item back before receiving our confirmation.
<small>Excluded from returns: configured products and watches with a custom dial, as they are made to your specifications.</small>
Return Shipping Cost
- If the return is due to a defect or malfunction of the watch, The Golden Mods covers the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to any other reason (change of mind, personal preference, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. We cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn (beyond trying it on), with all original packaging and accessories included.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. Even after that, please contact us at support.thegoldenmods@gmail.com as soon as possible: if your watch has not been assembled yet, we may still be able to cancel it. Once assembly has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your watch arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support.thegoldenmods@gmail.com with photos, and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
