All our watches use genuine Japanese automatic movements - the Seiko NH35, NH36, or Miyota 8215 - the same calibres trusted by major watch brands worldwide. No batteries needed.

Is this a genuine Seiko?

Our watches are original designs built with genuine Seiko-compatible automatic movements and independently sourced premium components. They are not replicas of any brand - they are originals by The Golden Mods.

How long does shipping take?

Each watch is hand-assembled to order. Production takes 5-7 business days, followed by 7-13 business days for worldwide shipping. Total delivery: approximately 12-20 business days. Shipping is always free.

What is your warranty policy?

Every watch comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also offer a 14-day return policy - if you’re not completely satisfied, send it back for a full refund.

Is the watch water-resistant?

Most of our watches are rated to 5ATM (50 meters), suitable for everyday splashes, rain, and hand washing. We do not recommend swimming or diving unless the specific model states a higher rating.

What is sapphire crystal?

Sapphire crystal is the same scratch-resistant glass used in luxury watches like Rolex and Omega. It scores 9 on the Mohs hardness scale (diamond is 10), making it virtually scratch-proof in daily wear.
